Quality made right here in Florida, USA, these PCV catch cans are a must on LSx powered vehicles due to the stock PCV systems allowing oil vapors into the intake tract. Over time these vapors can cause harmful buildup and power loss. Designed initally for the LSx engines, the adjustable mounting bracket makes it a universal fit for many applications. We have sold over 1300 units with no returns which is a tribute to their quality. You will not find another PCV oil catch can of this quality for this price. Here are a couple pics of where to locate the PCV hose on the 2001-2003 LS6 Z06 as well as all 2004 and up Vettes. The 2001-2003 LS6 Z06 will have a PCV valve in the hose where as the 2004 and up Vettes have just a hose. The pictures below are from a 2006 C6 LS2, but all LS6, LS2, LS3 and LS7 are similar. You can see the hose that loops from the valley cover under the intake manifold to the port on the intake just behind the throttle body. The port from the valley cover goes to the top of the catch can and the port on the intake goes to the side of the catch can. The first picture shows how cluttered the area can look before installation. A picture of the installed unti on a C6 Z06 is in the Gen2+ area below.

This series has the same internals as the original, but upgrades the fittings for a cleaner look then the brass ends and fuel line combination. We use Aeroquip red/blue or Earls AnoTuff black -6 AN push on fittings with the same 3/8 fuel hose.

This next series is again a nice upgrade over the Gen2+ units. This is for the customer who wants the race design look for a reasonable price. The changes made are that we use true -6 AN swivel hose ends, either Aeroquip blue/red or Earls Anotuff black, with Aeroquip stanless braided hose or Earls ProLite 350 black hose. Extra lengths of hose can be added for custom applications at an additional cost. These units come with two feet of hose that hase the hose ends installed on each end. The hose can be cut to each individual length as required and usually there is left over material. The black hose is easily cut with a new razor blade or strong scissors.
2005 & up Vettes still using the factory fuel rails covers and wanting to mount the can out in front of the cover will require a 1.5" 10mm spacer and 1.75" long 10mm x 1.5 metric bolt. All other "normal" LS applications will need a .5" long 10mm x 1.5 metric bolt. Due to the variety of mounting options and applications, we do not supply the mounting hardware unless requested. The mounting hardware is and extra fee.
